“As an EMDR therapist, I seek to help clients resolve current problems or symptoms by identifying and reprocessing underlying adverse life experiences which may contribute to or reinforce current distress. We then target current triggers and set up successful future templates. All of this leads to living more comfortably in the present and paves the road for a brighter future.”

I am currently not seeing clients.

Mindfulness Based
Cognitive Therapy

Mindfulness-based cognitive therapy is a treatment that uses cognitive behavioral therapy methods in collaboration with mindfulness meditative practices. It was developed as a relapse-prevention treatment for individuals with major depressive disorder. It is also useful in treating anxiety disorders. Bill uses this approach in conjunction with EMDR and Clinical Hypnosis.

EMDR Consultation
for EMDR Therapists

EMDR consultation is a collaborative process of integration and growth. The consultant advises the consultee regarding the effective utilization of EMDR therapy. My style is both supportive and challenging and my goal is to help consultees feel comfortable to explore their own questions, competencies, and difficulties. Ultimately, I desire to impart excitement for EMDR and help hone necessary skills to use this treasure effectively.
